Az uralkodónő aláírásával valamint kancellári ellenjegyzéssel, hátlapján a későbbi kihirdetés tényével (Nagyszeben, 1778). Kopott aranyszínű sodraton fatokban uralkodói függőpecséttel, a tok fedele hiányzik /
Donation of Maria Theresa, Queen of Hungary for László Máriaffi de Maksa (?-1783) assessor, making him supreme count (supremus comes) of County Zaránd in Transylvania (nowadays part of Județul Arad in Romania). With the signature of the Queen on it, and with pendant royal wax seal in wooden case.
