Aranyozott kiadói egészvászon kötésben, kissé laza fűzés, gerincen kis sérüléssel, néhány lapon folttal. dr Prém József (1850-1910). Az író részére DEDIKÁLT példány. A kötet az akkori 63 vármegye főispánjait ismerteti az intézmény kezdetétől, illetve az adott vármegye keletkezésétől, az éppen hivatalban lévő főispán fényképével illusztrálva. Nagyon ritka!
