Papír, latin nyelven, külzetén rányomott viaszpecsét nyomával és vármegyei feljegyzéssel. / 1737 Bratislava, a letter of the Hungarin Royal Council of Governor sent to Szatmár County concerning the recruitment of equestrian soldiers to the Cumming and Stoyanov Hussar regiments of the Russian Army. Signed by Councillor Károly Zichy and clerk László Barinay. On paper, in Latin with traces of vax seal and notes by the County administration on the outside.
