Talpazaton álló hordóalakú vázatest két végén oroszlánmaszk díszítés, serleg alakú szájrész kétoldalán áttört legyezőszerű díszelemek. Jelzett: kobalték FISCHER J / BUDAPEST / PATENT felirat és masszába nyomott formaszám. Repedezett mázzal, talpán kis kopással, 24x30x13 cm
